Trademark Policy

Lyfe-Pay, Inc. owns the trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade dress that identify Lyfe-Pay and Lyfe-Shield. This policy explains how you may — and may not — use them.
Our Marks

| Lyfe-Pay™ | Word mark | The platform name in plain text. Always render with the trademark symbol on first prominent use. |
| Lyfe-Shield™ | Word mark | The trust and security sub-brand. Always paired with the shield mark on protective surfaces. |
| Shield device mark | Logo / device mark | The stylized shield logo and any colorway variant. May not be altered, recolored, or combined with other marks without written permission. |
| Lyfe-Pay card design | Trade dress | The black-and-neon Lyfe-Pay Visa Signature card visual, including layout, typography, and chip placement. |
Permitted Uses
- Nominative references in news, reviews, or commentary (e.g. "I use Lyfe-Pay for payments").
- Linking to Lyfe-Pay pages using the unmodified word mark in plain text.
- Press use of approved logo files in stories about Lyfe-Pay, Inc., with the legend "Lyfe-Pay™ is a trademark of Lyfe-Pay, Inc.."
Prohibited Uses
- Using the marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement that does not exist.
- Incorporating the marks (or confusingly similar variants) into your product, company, app, or domain name.
- Altering, recoloring, distorting, or animating the shield mark or card design.
- Using the marks on merchandise without a written license.
- Using the marks in connection with unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
Attribution
When you use any of our marks under this policy, include a clear attribution such as: "Lyfe-Pay™, Lyfe-Shield™, and the shield mark are trademarks of Lyfe-Pay, Inc., used with permission."

Enforcement
Lyfe-Pay, Inc. actively monitors and enforces its intellectual-property rights. Misuse may result in account suspension, takedown notices, and legal action.
