Reporting Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), copyright owners who believe material on the Services infringes their copyright may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent.

Required elements of a DMCA notice

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Services (URL);
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Lyfe-Pay, Inc. will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

False Claims

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
